How to Use the Productivity System

Seven tools, one page. Here's how each section works — no login, no sync, everything saves right in your browser.

Getting Started

Pick a tab Use the tab bar to jump between Planning, Tasks, Focus, Habits, Goals, ADHD, and Workflow. Each one holds a few related tools.

Everything autosaves The moment you type, check a box, or click Add, it's saved to your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere — it stays on this device.

Back it up anytime Go to Workflow → Productivity Analytics and click Export Data to download a backup file of your tasks, habits, goals, and points.

What's in Each Tab

Planning Set your top 3 priorities for the day, build out a weekly grid, and close the month with a review that pulls in your task, habit, and pomodoro stats automatically.
Tasks A standard to-do list with categories and priority, an Eisenhower matrix for sorting urgent vs. important, and a project organizer with status tracking.

Focus A Pomodoro timer (adjust your work/break lengths anytime), a Deep Work session planner, and a tracker for logging how sessions actually went.

Habits Add a habit and tap the daily dots to log it. Streaks calculate automatically. Build out morning and evening routines with times attached.

Goals Set a goal with a why and a target date, drag the progress slider as you move forward, break it into milestones, and sketch your bigger vision by life area.

ADHD Brain Dump gets everything out of your head — click "Process → Tasks" to turn each line into a task automatically. Simple Task Planner shows one focus item at a time. Dopamine Tracker lets you earn points for wins and redeem them for rewards you set.

Workflow Save repeatable step-by-step workflows, block out your ideal day by time, and check your Productivity Analytics — a live score based on tasks done, pomodoros, and streaks.
Heads up: Because everything saves locally in your browser, clearing your browser data will erase it. Export a backup from the Workflow tab regularly if you want to keep your history safe.
